Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of humeral vascular compliance in coronary heart disease with pseudo-normalized left ventricular diastolic function.Methods 75 patients undergoing a selective coronary angiography were divided into 2 groups according to coronary arteriopathy severity,such as mono-branch and bi-branch coronary arteriopathy group,tri-branch coronary arteriopathy group,and 48 control subjects were examined respectively,detecting parameters such as diastole early period velocity VE,diastole later period velocity VA and E/A,and at the same time obversved the percent change in brachial arterial diameter before and after reactive hyperemia.Results VE,E/A was decreased in group one,the change of diameter of brachial arterial was lower than the control subjects;and for the group 2,there was nomoral VE,E/A,but the change of diameter of brachial arterial was lower than control subjects significienctly.Conclusion The value of the humeral vascular compliance can differentiate pseudonormalized left ventricular diastolic function.
