Abstract:The criminal jurisprudence pays attention to the rational conviction and weighing sentences after the event.When it shows in the classification of crime,it mainly develops from the nature of behavior,notices the property of action's harming legal interests,and tries its best to state the difference of different action's nature in the concrete constitution of a crime. And the criminology pays attention to throw light on the cause of a crime and stress preventing crimes before the event.When it appears in the classification of crime,it mainly shows the type of offenders' individual characters' cause of a crime and preventing crimes.At the same time,it notices to explain the behavior type of offenders' personality characters.In the organization and structure of legal norms,criminal modern school of thought is only a concept of guidance;its significance of the criminal jurisprudence must be transformed from the legal norms to concrete technology methods.Although ideas are the foundation, technology is the body.And if technological operation is not enough,there won't be criminal law.
