Abstract:The criminal legislation is the basis and beginning of criminal rule of law.The development of criminal rule of law relies on a scientific,democratic and modernized criminal legislation.At present,we have these significant practical issues in our criminal legislative field,to which particular attention should be paid:first,the issue of criminalization and decriminalization;second,the criminal responsibility of juvenile offenders;third,the issue of unit crime;forth,the adjustment and perfection of the present penalty system;fifth,the issue of community correction;sixth,the implementation of international convention in criminal field of China.
