Abstract:The concept,species and the application fields of the bioelastomer were introduced.The modification methods of the silicone rubber as well as its application in replacing of the tissue organs,medical instruments and control releasing of drugs were reviewed with 29 references.Improving the biocompatibility in order to expand the application area of the silicone bioelastomer was the most important study orientation in the future.
