Abstract:Objective By summarizing and analyzing the published literature on the construction and management of "one hospital with multiple districts" in public hospitals, this study reveals the research status and focus issues, and provides reference and policy recommendations for the construction and management of "one hospital with multiple districts" in public hospitals. Methods Literature search was carried out on CNKI and Wanfang database on the construction and management of "one hospital with multiple districts", a sample database was established by screening the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and CiteSpace software was used to analyze the characteristics of the included literature. Results A total of 192 articles were included, and the number of published articles has increased significantly since 2014, reaching the highest value of 44 in 2022. The focus of literature research is mainly on the dimensions of construction mode, logistics management,outpatient management, financial management, nursing management, homogeneity management, cultural construction,pharmacy management, discipline construction, etc. Conclusion The construction of a hospital with multiple districts can realize the rapid expansion and sinking of high-quality medical resources,which is a beneficial path to optimize the allocation of medical and health resources. In the future, the development of a hospital with multiple districts should be supported by policies to promote the integrated, homogeneous and differentiated development strategy of a hospital with multiple districts, highlight the role of the construction of a hospital with multiple districts in public health emergencies, strengthen the cultural construction of a public hospital with multiple districts, promote the coordinated development of multiple hospitals and districts, and improve the overall operating efficiency and medical service quality of the hospital.
