Abstract:After in the last few years' reform,China's rural financial services has been improved,but there are still some factors of disharmony,including the low coverage of financial services in rural areas,difficulty in getting loans for farmers,insufficiency development of micro-credit,the serious outflow of postal savings funds,poor sustainable development of rural financial institutions,financial policy is not in place and so on.These problems have become a bottleneck restricting the building of a new countryside.In order to solve these problems,we must further emancipate the mind,deepen rural financial reform under the center government' principle of financial reform in rural areas.We believe that accelerate rural financial innovation,build a rural finance system which contains various forms,rational division of the work,appropriately competitive and sustainable development is most important.Further more we must make this rural system more multiple,competitive,open and then adopt a comprehensive policy measures to build a strong financial foundation for the building of a new socialist countryside.
