Abstract:The dynamic sealing technology of stirring shaft of pressured reaction axe has always been a research difficulty.This article adopts mechanical + magnetic fluid composite technology to solve its dynamic sealing problem and lays focuses on magnetic fluid dynamic sealing in the case of work pressure and the shaft run-out.It first constructs the magnetic fluid sealing dynamics model through studying,investigates the magnetic field calculation method in the magnetic fluid seal and magnetic fluid toothed sealing structure parameters and carries out the case design.We do the experimental research on the sealing effect on the basis of theoretical studies.The experimental studies have confirmed that the method can better solve the dynamic sealing problems of stirring shaft of pressured reaction axe.
