Deepening the Reform of Experimental Teaching to Promote Innovation Personnel Training in Universities

Abstract:First,we believe that both experimental teaching and theoretical teaching are equally important,and there is a dialectical relationship of mutual promotion between experimental teaching and innovation personnel training.Then according to the status quo of experimental teaching in universities,the problems including the concept of teaching,teaching staffs,teaching content and teaching methods are analyzed.Finally,we put forward measures for reforming teaching experimental to provide a reference to China’s higher education reform.
