Abstract:Now most villages use the computer to manage the distribution network in our country, it is obvious more excellence. But most MIS were based the old database. Although they could manage, it is so bother. But the technique of GIS which in popular in recent years can solve the question effectual. So it is necessary to use the new technique to manage the distribution network.
