Abstract:In the context of the global food crisis. farmland is an important guarantee for a country's food security. As the key of grain production, high-standard farmland is particularly important in the construction of land resources. In China, problems such as shortage of farmland resources and weak farmland infrastructure are prominent, and the construction of high-standard farmland is particularly urgent. China's high-standard farmland construction mainly has problems such as unscientific site selection and unreasonable construction scale. Taking Nanhe county of Hebei province as an example. the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is adopted to analyze index weight of a high-standard farmland construction evaluation system. And construction sequence and construction pattern of high-standard farmland arc studied by ArcGIS software. The key factors affecting the construction of high-standard farmland, such as land slope, water conservancy facilities, road network density, farmland location, land continuity and spatial pattern, are comprehensively analyzed and the construction sequence and construction pattern of high-standard farmland of Nanhe county are put forward, On this basis, ArcGIS is used to superimpose the spatial distribution of the construction sequence map and the mode map of the high-standard farmland of Nanhc county, and the different pattern distribution of the construction sequence of the high-standard farmland is obtained. The study provides a certain theoretical basis and data support for the relevant policy formulation of high-standard basic farmland construction in Nanhe county, and also provides a certain reference for high -standard farmland construction in other areas of the world.
