The Nature and Guiding Principle in Business Competition in Terms of Military Theory

Abstract:War is the fiercest competition in human society,while Military Science of Sun Tzu and On War are two theoretical masterpieces on war,which stimulate a further study on business competition.The inherent feature in business competition decides its guiding principle.First, the economic confrontation requests enterprises adopt effective tactics and strategy.Second,its uncertainty urges enterprises to enhance their capability in controlling this uncertainty and convert it to their competitive advantage.Third,its subordination to politics demands enterprises engage in reasonable competition rather than direct competition for more successful business performance.
