Effect observation on ultrashort wave diathermy combined with retention enema with Chinese herbs in the treatment of 58 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effects on ultrashort wave diathermy combined with retention enema with Chinese herbs in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods 116 cases with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.58 cases in control group received antibiotics and retention enema with Chinese herbs,58 cases in treatment group accepted ultrashort wave diathermy based on the treatment of control group.Results After Treatment for one month,the cure rate,total effective rate and recurrence rate of the treatment group were 39.7%,91.4%,26.1%;the cure rate,total effective rate and recurrence rate of the control group were 20.7%,75.6%,52.6%,there were significant differences on the cure rate,total effective rate and recurrence rate between two groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion Retention enema combined with Chinese herbs combined with ultrashort wave diathermy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is remarkably effective.
