Abstract:Providing the excellent equipment maintenance service for customers is more and more important to manufacturing enterprise. But traditional after-sale maintenance service management has many problems, such as the slow response to maintenance service request and the long waiting time of the customers; the process to deal with the maintenance request is not normative; the mechanism of the initiative maintenance service is lacked. This research focuses on resolving these problems with workflow technology, data mining and enterprise application integration technology; the equipment maintenance management system for customer service is proposed. The function model of the system is analyzed; the five-tier architecture based on J2EE application server is presented, then the algorithm to implement the forecast and warning for the equipment maintenance service, the development and implementation process of the equipment maintenance management system based on the workflow technology, the modeling of the maintenance service workflow, and the information exchange model of the system with other application system and the integration technology and methods are described in detail. Based on these research results, the running application system is developed; a case of providing maintenance service for customer in textile machine industry is studied.

Abstract:To improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the maintenance activities, the logic relations among maintenance activities, part performances, system performances and comprehensive utility function were analyzed, and an analysis framework of maintenance optimization was constructed. In accordance with the requirements and goals of maintenance, a multi-objective maintenance optimization model by utility functions was proposed, and the optimization of maintenance activities was quantitatively analyzed. This model can be used to provide information and decision support for the maintenance plan programming. Finally, an example was given to illuminate the validity of this method.

Abstract:At present,the management for equipment maintenance history were devoid of administrative levels and systematic,it was difficult to found the specific maintenance records in lots of maintenance documents as well as the equipment maintenance history records were missed.So the maintenance status items and maintenance status were put forward as meta-data to record equipment maintenance process,BOM for maintenance status was constituted as the signboard and administrative tools of equipment maintenance status,the equipment maintenance status was recorded and administered via the evolvement table of maintenance status for each maintenance status items in BOM for maintenance status,then systematic record and management for equipment maintenance history was achieved.At last,the example of management for equipment maintenance status of plastic blowing modeling equipment was adopted to set forth above-mentioned.

Abstract:This paper proposes a maintenance type selection model based on effectiveness and cost analysis using CBM information .F irst ,i t defines effectiveness composed of three factors, namely, state health indictor, reliability and availability ,g ives each factor’s formula ,a nd analyzes the impacts of different maintanence types on each factor. T hen, it gives maintenance cost’s components with their formulas and effectiveness’s calculating model .A t last ,it educes a maintenance type selection model aiming at most effectiveness per unit cost .C ase study lists maintenance type selection process of a transfomer in certain state .T he result shows that this model is reasonable and credible. This model is suitable for power equipment maintenance management, and can help maintenance staff make economic and effective maintenance arrangement.

Abstract:Objective To carry out quantitative analysis on maintenance staff assignment for Equipment Departments in hospitals so as to provide an optimum reference to staff assignment.Methods The effects on maintenance cost by maintenance staff were analyzed based on the investigation data on hospital assets and human resources from 2006 to 2008 in Shanghai.Results The negative correlation between the maintenance staff and the maintenance cost was confirmed with an increasing proportion of medical equipment in fixed assets in hospitals.Conclusion The research can efficiently improve the economic benefits of hospitals and offer suggestions for maintenance staff assignment.

Abstract:As an important part of the health service security system,military medical equipment has important strategic position in wartime.Under the condition of high technology,the modern warfare has also laid higher requirement to the reliability guarantee of medical equipment.With the modernization development of military equipment,traditional medical equipment maintenance management mode does not meet the requirements of modern military medical equipment and its maintenance.Therefore,based on the reliability guarantee theory,the "Reliability Centered Maintenance(RCM)" management mode for military medical equipment is studied in order to achieve the purpose of improving the equipment reliability and the integrity of combat readiness.

Abstract:Most of mechanical equipments have 3 states: normal, abnormal and failure. When the equipments are checked and diagnosed in abnormal, they will accept predictive maintenance. And if the equipments fail, they will accept failure repair. It is assumed that the predictive maintenance makes equipments "as good as new", while the failure repair does not makes equipment "as good as new". Monotone process is introduced to describe the case that failure repair does not makes equipment "as good as new". Under above assumption and others, reliability and check replacement policy of mechanical equipments are studied by using probability analysis and vector markov process method. The explicit expression of the reliability index and average profit rate (i.e., the long-run average profit per unit time) are derived and the rule of feasibility for the optimal check replacement policy under the largest average profit rate is obtained. The corresponding optimal check replacement policy can be determined analytically or numerically. The research on the actual example shows that the result can provide some scientific basis for improving the reliability, safety and economic profit of mechanical equipments.

Abstract:Random variable is introduced to assess the effect of Preventive Maintenance(PM)for industrial equipments.At the aim of the minimal average cost per unit time,and supposing that the parameter assessing the effect of PM has rectangular distribution,the optimal maintenance model is formulated and simulated.The simulation result shows that the PM model with random variable can reduce the growing tendency of the failure rate and the average cost per unit time effectively,and therefore the optimal model is better than ever.This approach can be used for scheduling the maintenance plan and providing the decision supporting for job shop scheduling.

Abstract:In order to satisfy the development of equipment information management,an information model of equipment management is built.The model describes a dynamic and feedback information flow,which is composed of processing the running data,recognizing the equipment condition,making the maintenance plans or spare part plans and adjusting the technological parameters.Guided by the information model,a management system based on condition,which serves equipments inspected by route,is developed.During the development process,four crucial techniques are solved:integration of C/S and B/S in one system,making maintenance plans based on condition,dynamic spare part management based on statistic and prediction,and calculation of maintenance rations based on a dynamic model.The system has been applied to a steel enterprise.

Abstract:Scheduling of maintenance strategies for drainage equipment was researched based on Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA).With System-FMEA theory,the equipment was divided into three groups,which were critical equipment,uncritical equipment and general equipment.Then,the critical failure modes for each group were decided based on Machine-FMEA method.According to the analytic results from FMEA,the maintenance strategies are determined.Finally,an example was given to show how this process was implemented.

Abstract:The maintenance cost for transmission and transformation equipments are calculated by quota in recent,which can't reflect the influence of different maintenance condition and regional economy on maintenance cost.Based on parameter model,a new method was presented to construct maintenance cost calculation model for transmission and transformation equipments.Aiming at the maintenance in cost decision-making of condition-based maintenance,the components of maintenance cost were analyzed,some main factors were found and the cost calculation model was constructed by taking these main factors as independent variables.The feasibility and the value selection method of independent variables in the parameter model were also analyzed.The results showed that the proposed parameter model method for maintenance cost calculation was established based on quota,which reflected the influence of different maintenance condition and regional economy on maintenance cost through adjusting independent variable,and the results of calculation were more scientific.

Abstract:Objective To explore the key factors which affect maintenance cost of large-scale medical equipment. Methods The basic factors which affect maintenance cost of medical imagining equipment were summarized. The relationships of them are analyzed and then an interpretative structure mode of each factor was set. Additionally, the multiple relationship and controllability between each factor were also analyzed and the judging standard of key factors was set. Results The maintenance policy and mode were the key factors which affect maintenance cost of medical imagining equipment. Conclusion High quality maintenance for equipment condition and scientific optimization of the maintenance policy are necessary to fundamentally reduce the maintenance cost of large-scale medical equipment.
