Service Performance Evaluation Promotes the Sustainable Development of Information Resources Sharing

Abstract:In the operation of the information resource sharing system, an important issue is how to evaluate the performance of the resource sharing according to its objective, so as to promote the sustainable development of the resource sharing. Performance evaluation often works as the evaluation criteria of the organizational assessment, and the evaluation indicators decide whether the operation system has reached its target. By introducing CALIS, CASHL and JALIS, this paper focuses on the promoting function of service performance evaluation to the sustainable development of information resources sharing.
