Using PROMETHEE in the Evaluation of NPOs' Performance

Abstract:The competitiveness of NPO is a key measure for the development of a country's social welfare industry. The NPO's performance evaluation can not only makes the NPO find out what is not perfect, but also help the social control and inspirit inferior NPO, which makes the resources be utilized efficiently and improve its total compositeness. This paper recommend a NPO's performance evaluation measure as PROMETHEE, which combines NPO's specialty and can measure NPO's performance easily, efficiently and objectively.
