Abstract:The pursuit of fairness is the most important reason for the university entrance examination to exist and continue in the contemporary society.To a large extent,the fairness becomes the burden of the university entrance examination,for the fairness is the fairness of social significance rather than that of educational equity.In order to pursue the fairness,university entrance examination will have to strengthen its unity and consolidate the technology and means of invigilation.And now,by strengthening the unity,examination-oriented education becomes not only the reality but also the normality in general education.Strengthening the technology of invigilation will make the university entrance examination become undesirable activities because the cultivation of students' healthy character has been weakened.And consolidating the technology will hinder not only the production of the educational value and meaning but also the formation of healthy general education and higher education.
