Research on Higher Educational Training Mode for Creative Talents

Abstract:Nowadays,creation is becoming more and more important in the strategies of establishing creative countries expecially in the fields of higher educational training mode for creative talents.It is estimated that the total number of the Chinese doctorate candidates would be more than that in the United States from the year of 2008.In that case,China will become one of the biggest educational countries in the world.However,the teaching qualities of the Chinese higher education are declining in recent years.This essay poses the problems and barriers existing in the current training modes in Chinese higher educational fields,analyzes the cause of the troubles and then finds the ways in the new trainning mode for the creative talents in Chinese higher educational fields.
