Abstract:At present building a comprehensive training system is needed in cultivating creative person. This paper summarized the literatures about creative person cultivation.Based on analyzing the law of creativity development it pointed out the feasibility of training creative person.The paper built the creative person cultivation system which mainly consists of three parts:a discipline system includes literature,science, engineering,economics and management,and art disciplines;a curriculum system includes general education courses, required courses, elective courses and practical courses;the three-stage training implementation system contains basic training,internship practice and trying to venture. Finally,based on the realities of China, the paper proposed some practical measures for cultivating creative person.

Abstract:Based on the historical experience and failure, and practical requirement, it is extremely important and urgent to cultivate the creative engineering talents. The authors analyze the major restrictive factors in training personnel, such as idealistic misunderstandings, shortage of high-qualified teachers, outdated teaching contents and demoded educational methods.
