Abstract:Shifting of the central task from focusing on economic construction to economic and social development has initiated not long ago and encountered the international financial crisis.After the crisis,livelihood hardship of people is worsening.Hence,the reformation is more pressing.The main content of social law,namely labor law and social security act,functions as a firewall to shield the society from economic crisis.To this end,a number of issues of social law should be re-considered,for example,the labor cost should be understood in general sense,and the structure between the labor cost and burden characterized with unreasonable transfer should be adjusted;construction of the coordination mechanism of labor relations should not be developed separately and should be improved overall;the transfer of the contractual right of land should be linked with employment and social security of farmers in a synchronous manner.
