Abstract:A new single-steady state permanent magnetic actuator(PMA),which is adopted by AC contactors,is put forward based on the permanent magnet contactor can overcome the shortcoming of high energy consuming and contact bouncing of the electromagnetic contactors,and enhances the electromagnetic-force,lights the weight of dynamic iron core,reduces the open-close brake current to reach a good energy-saving effect.The working principle of new type AC permanent magnet contactor is mainly analyzed,the characteristics of permanent magnet actuator is simulated by ANSYS software,the mechanical coordination characteristics of actuator is acquired,and the control unit with under-voltage protection is designed at the same time.
