Abstract:The design of 5kw high temperature proton exchange membrane fuel cell (HTPEMFC) hybrid power system monitoring platform is presented in this paper. The purpose of the system is to overcome the problems of low temperature proton exchange membrane fuel cell (LTPEMFC), such as poor water management and requirement of high-purity hydrogen. The present computerized real-time monitoring system is based on NI's PXIe hardware system and Labview software. The platform has two working modes - test mode and simulation mode. In the test mode, it provides the conditions for studying the problems of fuel cell hybrid power system, such as system performance, modelling and optimization, by completely monitoring all the working parameters in real-time. And in the simulation mode, besides the problems mentioned above, those with feeding control under changing loads, stability of output power and optimization of energy efficiency, can also be studied with multi-energy management system.

Abstract:Subsea in-situ dynamic environmental monitoring is very important.Data management system is its core module.ARM9 is the core of its hardware.Its software platform is Linux2.4.20.The module integrates three deep sea instruments and provides realtime and reliable control interface and data interface between coastal base station and deep sea instruments.The module is validated to provide real-time data to coastal base station according to the protocol.Finally,some problems need to be solved are brought forward.

Abstract:In order to reduce time and cost on service robot development,modular classification on structure was given out with the concept of modular design.Detailed exposition on the contents of transmission layout,transmission realization,body stability and modular structural design of robot was carried out.The results of the assembly and experiment on a sample robot indicate that the development cycle of the service robot based on modular design method is shortened,and its performance satisfies the requirement of the design.

Abstract:This paper presents a simple application system,such as chaotic secure communication system,which is based on the operation amplifier to comprise active components.Through the functional design of partial or full of this system,the basic theory study and measurement training,such as integrated op-amp related basic experiment,active resistance devices,active inductors,specific characteristics of nonlinear resistors inversion,and the characteristic curve measurement can be achieved.The associated modular structure can help students easy to design and finish the experiments scheme independently.The integrative experiments of function goal driven system,to arouse the students' comprehensive experiments and enthusiasm,initiative to explore effective evaluation results are able to have very good effects.

Abstract:A new inspection and analysis platform based on two-electrode system was constructed.The two-electrode system based on minimizing polarizing current theory was realized by maximizing the ratio of the area of working electrode and auxiliary electrode,and hardware software were designed.Therefore the reference electrode can be abandoned,which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional three-electrode system while reproducing the function of electrochemical workstation.Research on Electric Conductivity(EC),pH and the concentrations of heavy metal ions of water had been carried out on this platform,and effective results had received which demonstrated the ability of multiple water quality parameters inspection.This platform can be used on solution properties analysis in laboratory or industry locale.

Abstract:Product platform modular architecture identification is the most critical process to support the incremental design of derivative instances. In order to solve the inflexibility in a single modular or scalable platform of complex mechatronics products, an integrated product modularisation scheme based on flow analysis, design structure matrix (DSM) and fuzzy clustering is proposed to compose a flexible platform. The definition of flexible platform is explained and internal mappings among functions, components and modules are set up. DSM for a kernel product is constructed by the flow analysis between the leaf components in design bill of material. An improved scaling by minimising a convex function algorithm is developed to transform the DSM to vectors in two-dimensional spaces, and the vectors are clustered using the traditional fuzzy c-means algorithm. Cluster centre components are selected to identify modular types with respective functional features. Thus, the internal relationships between components can be modelled with flow analysis-based DSM in a clear format, and the proposed DSM transformation and clustering algorithm identify the modular architecture for a flexible platform in a lower computational complexity. A numerical example and computational comparisons are also given to illustrate the proposed concept and the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed approach.

Abstract:We have put forward a kind of maintenance design method facing to system,and we have also carried out detailed exposition with mobile telephone as an example.We have developed a practical maintenance interface of mobile telephone platform using VC~(++) language,which calls the corresponding conversion tools to complete the picture or ring data transformation,and realize the replacement of the picture or ring by calling the search and replacement sub function,and eventually realize the individuation of the ring and picture.We have emphatically discussed the thinking of designing and the design of maintenance interface,the overall program flow diagram is also given in this article.

Abstract:According to the current state of research and development, it is not possible to build a gigawatt electrolysis system with one single electrolysis stack. To achieve larger capacities, a numbering-up of the stacks and corresponding adjacent systems must take place. This is where modularization can contribute. To identify a functional decomposition into modules for each system, the literature was searched for PFDs (Process Flow Diagram) and P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram). The PFDs and P&IDs found were compared per electrolysis technology to create a generic PFD in each case. This was submitted to experts within the VDMA Power-to-X for Applications (P2X4A) platform for verification and revised according to the information provided by the experts. The results is a generic module decomposition for each technology, Alcaline Electrolysis–AEL, Proton Exchange Membrane Electrolysis–PEMEL and High Temperature Electrolysis–HTEL.

Universal modules can be established through decomposing the functions of the software and hardware. The devices made up of these adaptable modules meet the requirements of the typical main connection diagram and operate with high reliability, self-adaptation and good economical performance. Abstract:Abstract The design of embedded data acquisition system based on QT is to use QT for embedded development, which can develop a data acquisition system with low cost, good effect and high practicability. This design is composed of temperature and humidity acquisition system module, camera acquisition module, buzzer alarm module, motor and fan module. The debugging and verification of the embedded system show that the data acquisition system has perfect function and stable operation. It can better meet the needs of practical application. QT based embedded data acquisition system has the advantages of high efficiency and reliability.

In this article, an effective solution by simulating the artificial design process of electrode was presented in the design of intelligent electrode design system (IEDS). That successfully realized series functions such as electrode formula management, electrode intelligent design. Shared file, named pipe, and file mapping were proposed to solve the communication problem between design module and prediction module which were developed by using different languages and platforms.
