Research Status of Determination Method of Tea Polyphenol Content

Abstract:In recent years,tea polyphenol because of its unique pharmacological nature are getting more and more extensive attention,however,the complex of composition and difficulty of accurately determination constrain the further study of tea polyphenols＇ function.The content determination method research progress of tea polyphenols of domestic and foreign in recent years was reviewed,the ferrous tartaric acid spectrophotometric method,atomic absorption method,the near infrared spectra method and HPLC method were narrated,so as to provide a reference for future studies.
