Abstract:Stratified random sampling method was used to extract 5 tertiary general hospitals and 5 secondary general hospitals as the research object in Harbin.The status of patient medication safety management is researched in 7 aspects, which are drug supervision Organizaton and Regulation,drug storage and conservation,medical orders management, drug deployment and distribution,medicine administration,medication safety monitoring and construction of safety culture.The medication safety management problems had been found in the general hospitals and the improvement measures had been put forward which aim at providing theory basis to ensure patient medication safety.
