Comparisons Between Chinese and German Marriage Laws and Some Available Reference

Abstract:According to the German and Chinese mainland actual laws and some related judicial explanation or the common theory of law,the thesis compares the facts of cohabitation identity relationships,the orientation of housework in marriage relationships,the cognizance of the essence of marriage relationships and so on.From the comparisons,it is to be considered that the actual identity relationships of cohabitation should be regarded as actual marriage or lawful marriage to some extent,and housework in family law during the marriage relationships should be recognized as a profession,and marriage is a civil bargain which should be definitely written in the family law.
