On Evaluation Index System and Evaluation Methods of Multi-Project Management Priority

Abstract:Due to the limitation of the resources,it is impossible to carry out all the projects in multi-project management,priority should be given to the project evaluation as which one should be put into practice first rather than all the projects.Therefore,this paper discusses the construction of the index system of multi-project priority evaluation based on both single-project and multi-project levels.According to the system,the relationship between projects,the consistency between projects and the enterprise’s strategy and risk factors of projects should be taken into consideration so as to make project evaluation more comprehensive and accurate.In addition,combination and analytic network process and fuzzy entropy is employed to solve the evaluation problem.
