Abstract:Because the traditional SWOT model gives emphasis to the qualitative analysis and is rather limited ,This paper primarily applies SWOT--CLPV model, which focus on combining the two analysis methods--quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,to help the enterprise know its current situation exactly and comprehensively and formulate the more suitable strategy for its development.
