Abstract:Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology, the trend of economic globalization is constantly strengthening. China has joined the ranks of WTO. Because of this, the development of logistics enterprises in China is facing great problems. Therefore, in order to improve the competitiveness of China's logistics enterprises, it is necessary to further analyze the competitiveness of China's logistics enterprises. In this paper, the author analyzes and evaluates the competitiveness of China's logistics enterprises, establishes a reasonable evaluation index of the competitiveness of logistics enterprises, and analyzes the indicators with dynamic set. In this paper, we use dynamic factors to analyze the logistics listed companies. Through the evaluation results of dynamic set, we can find that the most basic competitiveness of logistics enterprises is profitability. And logistics enterprises want to obtain strong competitiveness, they must have the ability to grow. After the evaluation and analysis of various factors, the author puts forward some suggestions on improving the competitiveness of China's logistics enterprises, and studies the methods to improve the competitiveness of logistics enterprises. First of all, the logistics enterprises can unite with each other, formulate new strategies and realize large-scale operation. Secondly, in the process of the development of logistics enterprises, we should have brand awareness, strictly supervise our own logistics quality standards, and improve our service level. Finally, the logistics resources should be integrated. The logistics companies should make their own services more distinctive, and promote the development of the company through the innovation of service and the improvement of their resource utilization efficiency. At the same time, in the logistics management, we should also increase the investment in education and train logistics professionals.
