Abstract:Based on the actuality of compiling undergraduate-course textbooks for the principles of food engineering,an issue has been presented on innovative compiling.The method has been studied.It is as follows:(1) using advanced international education ideas;(2) using a new main-line to organize materials systematically and simply;(3) adding organically the knowledge of creation;(4) adding organically modern methods of calculation.The above(1) and(4) may obtain innovation by learning advanced international experience,and the(2) and(3) may get innovation actively.The method can be used in compiling other similar textbooks.
