Abstract:The acquirement, integration and use of resources are very important for enterprises to gain the competitive advantages and the implementation process of virtual enterprises is closely linked with the integration of resources. Based on the core enterprise,we define virtual organization and virtual enterprises from a strategy perspective and divide resources of virtual organization into core resources and virtual resources. Based on the theory of resource dependence,this paper constructs a pattern which integrates resources of virtual organization through virtual enterprises. It witnesses by practice that virtual organization can improve the integration and exchange of core resources and virtual resources and promoted enterprise rapid growth.
