Abstract:We prove several formulas related to Hodge theory and the Kodaira–Spencer–Kuranishi deformation theory of Kähler manifolds. As applications, we present a construction of globally convergent power series of integrable Beltrami differentials on Calabi–Yau manifolds and also a construction of global canonical family of holomorphic (n,0) -forms on the deformation spaces of Calabi–Yau manifolds. Similar constructions are also applied to the deformation spaces of compact Kähler manifolds.

Abstract:We present some general results on properties of the bihamiltonian cohomologies associated to bihamiltonian structures of hydrodynamic type, and compute the third cohomology for the bihamiltonian structure of the dispersionless KdV hierarchy. The result of the computation enables us to prove the existence of bihamiltonian deformations of the dispersionless KdV hierarchy starting from any of its infinitesimal deformations.

Abstract:On a one-dimensional lattice without uniform interval, the Hermitian conjugation of a q-differential operator is discussed. Then a deformation of quantum mechanics in one dimension is presented. As an application, the harmonic oscillator is discussed. The energy spectrum and the eigenfunctions are shown to depend on an arbitrary deformation function. The deformed coherent states are also discussed. It is found that the completeness relation of coherent states holds for the case of q-coherent states, i.e. the deformation of the Heisenberg-Weyl algebra is a q-analogue Hopf algebra.

Abstract:In a recent paper we proved that for certain class of perturbations of the hyperbolic equation u t = f ( u ) u x , there exist changes of coordinate, called quasi-Miura transformations, that reduce the perturbed equations to the unperturbed one. We prove in the present paper that if in addition the perturbed equations possess Hamiltonian structures of certain type, the same quasi-Miura transformations also reduce the Hamiltonian structures to their leading terms. By applying this result, we obtain a criterion of the existence of Hamiltonian structures for a class of scalar evolutionary PDEs and an algorithm to find out the Hamiltonian structures.

Abstract:For an integrable hierarchy which possesses a bihamiltonian structure with semisimple hydrodynamic limit, we prove that the linear reciprocal transformation with respect to any of its symmetry transforms it to another bihamiltonian integrable hierarchy. Moreover, we show that the central invariants of the bihamiltonian structure are preserved under such a linear reciprocal transformation.

Abstract:This series of papers is devoted to the study of deformations of Virasoro symmetries of the principal hierarchies associated to semisimple Frobenius manifolds. The main tool we use is a generalization of the bihamiltonian cohomology called the variational bihamiltonian cohomology. In the present paper, we give its definitions and compute the associated cohomology groups that will be used in our study of deformations of Virasoro symmetries. To illustrate its application, we classify the conformal bihamiltonian structures with semisimple hydrodynamic limits.
On Hamiltonian Structures of Partial Difference Equations

Abstract:We first introduce the notion of Hamiltonian structure for a partial difference equation. Then we construct some infinite quivers, and realize the discrete KdV equation, the Hirota-Miwa equation and its various reductions as the mutation relations of the corresponding cluster algebras. Finally, we show that the log-canonical Poisson structures associated to these cluster algebras give the Hamiltonian structures or the bihamiltonian structures of these partial difference equations.

Abstract:It is shown how to construct an infinite number of families of quasi-bi-Hamiltonian (QBH) systems by means of the constrained flows of soliton equations. Three explicit QBH structures are presented for the first three families of the constrained flows. The Nijenhuis coordinates defined by the Nijenhuis tensor for the corresponding families of QBH systems are proved to be exactly the same as the separated variables introduced by means of the Lax matrices for the constrained flows.

Abstract:In this paper, we investigate multidimensional first-order quasi-linear systems and find necessary conditions for them to admit Hamiltonian formulation. The insufficiency of the conditions is related to the Poisson cohomology of the admissible Hamiltonian operators. We present in detail the examples of two-dimensional, two-components systems of hydrodynamic type and of a real reduction of the 3-waves system.

Abstract:We classify compact, connected Hamiltonian and quasi-Hamiltonian manifolds of cohomogeneity one (which is the same as being multiplicity free of rank one). Here the group acting is a compact connected Lie group (simply connected in the quasi-Hamiltonian case). This work is a concretization of the more general classification (<a class="link-https" data-arxiv-id="1612.03843" href="https://arxiv.org/abs/1612.03843">arXiv:1612.03843</a>) of multiplicity free manifolds in the special case of rank one. As a result we obtain numerous new concrete examples of multiplicity free quasi-Hamiltonian manifolds or, equivalently, Hamiltonian loop group actions.

Abstract:In this paper, we explore the quantization of Kähler manifolds, focusing on the relationship between deformation quantization and geometric quantization. We provide a classification of degree 1 formal quantizable functions in the Berezin-Toeplitz deformation quantization, establishing that these formal functions are of the form $f = f_0 - \frac{\hbar}{4\pi}(\Delta f_0 + c)$ for a certain smooth (non-formal) function $f_0$. If $f_0$ is real-valued then $f_0$ corresponds to a Hamiltonian Killing vector field. In the presence of Hamiltonian $G$-symmetry, we address the compatibility between the infinitesimal symmetry for deformation quantization via quantum moment map and infinitesimal symmetry on geometric quantization acting on Hilbert spaces of holomorphic sections via Berezin-Toeplitz quantization.

Abstract:The theory of differential forms began with a discovery of Poincare who found conservation laws of a new type for Hamiltonian systems - The Integral Invariants. Even in the absence of non-trivial integrals of motion, there exist invariant differential forms: a symplectic two-form, or a contact one-form for geodesic flows. Some invariant forms can be naturally considered as "forms on the quotient." As a space, this quotient may be very bad in the conventional topological sense. These considerations lead to an analog of the de Rham cohomology theory for manifolds carrying smooth dynamical system. The cohomology theory for quotients, called "basic cohomology" in the literature, appears naturally in our approach. We define also new exotic cohomology groups associated with the so-called cohomological equation in dynamical systems and find exact sequences connecting them with the cohomology of quotients. Explicit computations are performed for geodesic and horocycle flows of compact surfaces of constant negative curvature. Are these famous systems Hamiltonian for a 3D manifold with a Poisson structure? Below, we discuss exotic Poisson structures on 3-manifolds having complicated Anosov-type Casimir foliations. We prove that horocycle flows are Hamiltonian for such exotic structures. The geodesic flow is non-Hamiltonian in the 3D sense.

Abstract:The Hamiltonian approach to isomonodromic deformation systems for generic rational covariant derivative operators on the Riemann sphere, having any matrix dimension $r$ and any number of isolated singularities of arbitrary Poincaré rank, is derived using the split classical rational $R$-matrix Poisson bracket structure on the dual space $L^*{\frak gl}(r)$ of the loop algebra $L{\frak gl}(r)$. Nonautonomous isomonodromic counterparts of isospectral systems are obtained by identifying the deformation parameters as Casimir elements on the phase space. These are shown to coincide with the higher Birkhoff invariants determining the local asymptotics near to irregular singular points, together with the pole loci. They appear as the negative power coefficients in the principal part of the Laurent expansion of the fundamental meromorphic differential on the associated spectral curve, while the corresponding dual spectral invariant Hamiltonians appear as the "mirror image" positive power terms in the analytic part. Infinitesimal isomonodromic deformations are generated by the sum of the Hamiltonian vector field and an explicit derivative vector field that is transversal to the symplectic foliation.

Abstract:The r -KdV–CH hierarchy is a generalization of the Korteweg–de Vries and Camassa–Holm hierarchies parameterized by r + 1 constants. In this paper we clarify some properties of its multi-Hamiltonian structures including the explicit expressions of the Hamiltonians, the formulae of the central invariants of the associated bihamiltonian structures and the relationship of these bihamiltonian structures with Frobenius manifolds. By introducing a class of generalized Hamiltonian structures, we present in a natural way the transformation formulae of the Hamiltonian structures of the hierarchy under certain reciprocal transformations, and prove the validity of the formulae at the level of dispersionless limit.

Abstract:In this letter, first we give a decomposition for any Lie-Poisson structure $\pi_g$ associated to the modular vector. In particular, $\pi_g$ splits into two compatible Lie-Poisson structures if $dim{g} \leq 3$. As an application, we classified quadratic deformations of Lie-Poisson structures on $\mathbb R^3$ up to linear diffeomorphisms.

Abstract:Starting from a spectral problem, a corresponding soliton hierarchy is proposed, and we construct an integrable coupling system with five dependent variables for the hierarchy by using a class of semi-direct sums of Lie algebras. Moreover, it is shown that the coupling system possesses quasi-Hamiltionian structures, and that infinitely many conserved quantities are obtained.
