Abstract:Division leads the increasing of the amount of knowledge,but completely producing the product also needs coordinate specific knowledge at the same time.The division of labor makes the coordinate relation replace the compete relation among enterprises.Traditionally we neglect the effect of human relation network among enterprises.If we introduce human relation network among enterprises,organizational network has the merit of both enterprise and market.In the end,the paper based on specific knowledge,provides the advice about how to develop the enterprise group in china.
