Abstract:Based on the discipline characteristic and situation of the safety management,the risk and complexity of the laboratory were analyzed.Oriented by the safety services,we learned from the advanced environmental,health and safety of management ideas,several measures are taken to promote laboratory safety management,such as the dangerous chemical management system,three level safety supervision,waste management,hardware protection.Especially,the dangerous chemical management system was established based on Internet + technology,and it speeded up the standardization and informatization of laboratory safety management greatly.The level of laboratory safe management was improved and it is supporting the teaching and scientific research and talent cultivation,as well as the development of the newly-built colleges.

Abstract:Recently, the safety accidents caused by dangerous chemicals in laboratories of colleges occur frequently. Strengthening the safety management of dangerous chemicals in laboratories is the basic guarantee for the training of laboratory researchers and the smooth running of colleges. In this paper, the present situation and problems of the safety management of dangerous chemicals in university laboratories were summarized and analyzed, and the corresponding safety management suggestions were put forward for the problems existing in the safety management of dangerous chemicals in university laboratories, which can provide some references for the further improvement of the safety management of university chemical laboratories.

Abstract:With the increase of exploratory projects of comprehensive chemistry laboratory in universities,the types and quantity of hazardous chemicals are increasing.Due to the frequent occurrence of safety accidents in university laboratories,the safety management of hazardous chemicals has become an important concern of chemistry laboratories in recent years.According to the present situation for management and existing problems,this paper proposes a series of countermeasures,including three-level linkage responsibility and safety inspection system,strengthening the construction of laboratory management echelon,refining the process of purchase,store and use of hazardous chemicals,and strengthening the information construction of management platform.It effectively improves the safety responsibility consciousness of the teachers and students,and gradually reduces the hidden danger of laboratory safety,which provides a reference for the safety management mode of hazardous chemicals.

Abstract:University chemistry laboratory is an important base for teaching experiment and scientific research, and its experimental activities and scientific research results play an irreplaceable role in cultivating students' practical ability and promoting the development of the subject. However, with the increase of the frequency of laboratory use and the improvement of experimental complexity, the safety management of chemical laboratories in colleges and universities has become increasingly prominent. Laboratory accidents can not only cause serious harm to people and the environment, but can also have a negative impact on a school's reputation and the quality of education. Through the field investigation and data analysis of chemical laboratories in many colleges and universities, it is found that although many colleges and universities have established a set of safety management system, there are still many deficiencies in practical operation, such as weak safety awareness, imperfect safety facilities, insufficient safety training and lack of emergency plans. These problems not only threaten the safe operation of the laboratory, but also restrict the smooth development of scientific research and teaching activities. In view of the challenges facing the safety management of chemical laboratories in colleges and universities, safety education and training should be strengthened to improve the awareness and attention of teachers and students to laboratory safety. Secondly, it is necessary to improve the safety facilities and ensure that the hardware equipment of the laboratory can meet the safety requirements. In addition, a sound safety management system and emergency plans should be established to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.

Abstract:University scientific research laboratories work as important platforms for personnel training and scientific research,and chemical substance management is particularly important for research laboratories in universities.Based on the analysis of current situation of chemical substance management of university research laboratories,combing their characteristics such as being difficult to predict safety accidents,lack of unified student management,frequent adjustment for research projects,various kinds of dangerous chemicals,and unclear responsibility of chemicals management,this paper formulates chemical substance safety management process of scientific research laboratories including standardizing their purchasing process,managing well their storage,strictly controlling their use and disposal.Also the paper puts forward implementing measures of chemical substance management in scientific research laboratories,including defining responsibility to people,strengthening management training.It hopes that the research can provide reference and suggestions for the university laboratory management and their chemical substance management in China.

Abstract:According to the content of Physical Chemistry experiments, the paper the properties of the Physical Chemistry experiments and the properties of the Physical Chemistry laboratory was introduced and the measurement of safety and management in the physical chemistry laboratory was discussed from three aspects: strengthening security education, enhancing the safety awareness, improving the safety facilities and establishing and completing the safety management. Abstract:In the recent 39 years, China colleges and universities have developed drastically. However, the colleges’ laboratory accidents also rise significantly. This paper analyzed 197 China college accidents. The results show that the highest percentage of safety accidents are hazardous chemicals. Most of the injured parts of the 416 casualties are concentrated in the front upper body. The author finds that there is a certain correlation between the percentage of accidents and the number of students, as well as the number of scientific research activities. Based on the findings, the author points out: firstly, the college safety department should build a laboratory safety information sharing and analysis platform. The dynamic information includes hazardous chemicals, students, dangerous equipment, research experiments, etc. Secondly, China colleges and universities should build a laboratory safety education system with Chinese characteristics, incorporating laboratory safety education into the training of students. Finally, it is urgent to establish a professional team to fully implement the laboratory safety responsibility system; to establish a laboratory hierarchical and classified management system and to improve experiment project risk assessment and control; to carry out a special inspection on laboratory safety; to carry out standardized construction and to establish standardized process management procedures.

Abstract:With the continuous development of higher education and the significant investment in talent cultivation and technological advancement by the country,the safety management and proper disposal of laboratory waste in universities have become crucial for the construction of environmentally-friendly and secure campus and the sustainable development of human society.This paper categorizes and describes the characteristics of chemical laboratory waste,and analyzes the current issues in waste management and disposal from five perspectives,extensive coverage,high personnel mobility,diverse and complex waste,insufficient safety and environmental awareness,and inadequate management.By taking into account the specific circumstances of schools,colleges,and local enterprises,a closed-loop management and disposal practice model is proposed,which integrates safety and environmental education,experimental planning,implementation of institutional regulations,and efficient information support,aiming to provide a reference for the treatment of laboratory waste.
