Abstract:Water hydraulic systems use water instead of oil as a pressure medium,so well keeping the water quality for long time is the foundation of making water hydraulic system run reliably.The differences between the requirements for tap water and those for water in water hydraulics were contrasted.With the help of water treatment technique,the potentially bad influence of water on water hydraulic system and the corresponding solutions were discussed in the aspects of impurity,erode,sediment,microbe and system cleaning.A recommended water quality parameter was given for water hydraulics and an example on how to clean a water hydraulic system periodically was described.

Abstract:The key technology were introduced aboat the development of the water hydraulic valve.The valves were presented which were developed by zhejiang university.The working principle,structure characteristics,materials selection and results were respectively analyzed for these water hydraulic valve.The results show that these water hydraulic control valve possess good property.The life experiments were carried in normal condition,and the primary part aren't shattered.The performances of these water hydraulic control valve achieve the level of traditional control valve.

Abstract:Internal gear pumps have significant advantages over other types of pump, such like high operating pressure, efficient transmission of energy, long service life, little pressure ripples and low noise emissions. Due to the nature of water, such as, low viscosity, poor lubricity and high vapour pressure, the performance of water hydraulic internal gear pumps is totally different from the oil ones. Using tap water as working medium, the experiments of internal gear pump are implemented and the performances are obtained. The results indicate the floating plates are the key components of water hydraulic internal gear pumps which decide the efficiency and service life of the pumps. Then, the pressing forces acting on the floating plates and the contact stresses are calculated. Finally, the causes of wear failure of floating plates are investigated and some design principles in water hydraulic internal gear pumps are also proposed.

Abstract:Energy extraction and conversion from ocean waves are being increasingly regarded as a research hotspot. Many different wave energy conversion systems have been proposed to convert wave energy into electricity. The paper reviewed and analyzed the hydraulic transmission technologies used in various kinds of wave energy conversion systems, and introduced a water/oil integrated transmission system used in wave energy converter to reduce the pollution caused by hydraulic oil leakage. This paper also proposed a digital hydraulic cylinder group, which could regulate the pressure of hydraulic power take-off system and reduce the energy interference in multiple devices deployed in arrays. The wave power generation applications will develop rapidly due to the fading fossil energy resources and serious environmental pollution, while the hydraulic transmission technologies with water/oil integrated transmission and digital hydraulic cylinder group will be of crucial importance to the process of the development.

Abstract:The disadvantages of traditional hydraulic circuits regulating speed with a throttle or variable displacement are first analyzed;then. the advantages and development background of variable frequency hydraulic technology are introduced. This article pointed out that the variable frequency hydraulic system is an overall energy-saving system which can realize power match from the main power supply to execution mechanism. Development and application as well as the research situation of variable frequency hydraulic technology are described in detail. The problems in variable frequency hydraulic technology are discussed, which mainly involve low velocity stability, response time, startup or direction changing smoothness, velocity tracking precision and efficiency. Some kinds of solutions for these problems are presented. In the last part of the article, the developing prospect of variable frequency hydraulic technology is given.

Abstract:Water security, one of the most important part of socioeconomical, ecological environment and even national security, is closely related to human survival and sustainable social economic development. As a prospective study to the future science and technology innovative development in hydraulic engineering, six major technology issues concerning current water security situation that require focuses in the medium to long term future are proposed based on the "Water conservancy strategic development research" set up by the Technological Science Division of CAS, which includes(1) water security under global climate change and human activities,(2) efficient utilization of water resources in agriculture,(3) rivers-lakes-coastal sediment and ecological environments,(4) the drive and restriction key factors of hydropower energy development,(5) long-term safety operation of cascade hydropower stations with high dams,(6) flood and drought defense. Based on the national security strategy of water demand, frontier scientific issues of water science and technology were proposed herein aimed to provide impetus and support for the research and development of hydroscience and technology.

Abstract:The hydraulic transformer, a new hydraulic transmission and control component, has much advantage in principle, but there are still some technologies to be resolved firstly before it becomes an applied one. The energy saving concept and working principle of the hydraulic transformer were given, the six different kidney positions of the port plate were discussed and the optimal one was chosen. Then working relationship between the kidneys of the port plate and the end cap were analyzed, an innovative working relationship was brought out, and that improved the efficiency and broadened the applicability of the apparatus. Finally the math models of the hydraulic transformer were established, and the simulation of flow and pressure transformation ratio were carried out.

Abstract:Abstract: Micro-hydraulic components and key technologies are important directions of fluid transmission and control, which are widely used in the national defense industry, production line conveying equipment, exoskeleton robot, and more. The current development status of miniature hydraulic components and key technologies is summarized, and the existing advantages of hydraulic components and technology are pointed out, and the research object is focused on relevant papers and patents. We study the beneficial effects of the existing microcomponents and technologies, the performance indexes of typical products, and the latest progress in their structure innovation, material replacement, testing methods, and processing technology are summarized. Typical achievements, core components, and manufacturing aspects are studied in-depth. They become smaller with increased output power and find more diverse scenarios with advancing technology maturity. By improving the hardware structure of the existing miniature hydraulic component, and constantly innovating the processing technology, miniature hydraulic components will improve their efficiency and power density and will focus on further miniaturization in the future.

Abstract:On the basis of identifying water problems at home and abroad,this paper analyses the evolution pattern of the natural-artificial dualistic water cycle,clarifies the interactions among hydrological processes,and associated hydrochemistry,water ecology and flow-sediment processes,as well as preliminarily describes the subject system constitution of modern hydrology and water resources. Based on describing the development trend of international hydrology and water resources and hot issues and frontier problems,and combining with research status of hydrology and water resources and practical demands on solving water problems in China,we discuss the subject system of hydrology and water resources in China,and analyze the important research directions. Under the influences of environmental change and strong human activities,water cycle shows obviously the natural-artificial characters on all aspects of dynamics,structure and parameters. Modern hydrology and water resources research is changing from traditional methodology of decomposition and refinement to present emphasis on integration and crossover,and from single-hydrological-variable oriented research to integrated hydrological processes oriented research. Prototype observation and numerical simulation become a critical study method in these fields. Hydrology and water resources research needs further strengthening on the basic research of mechanism identification and quantitative simulation of the water cycle and associated processes,improving on the application basic research of assessment,allocation and regulation of water resources,water right distribution,and water pricing theory and technology,to serve water-saving society establishment,water environmental protection and ecological construction,integrated water resources management,disaster prevention and mitigation and emergency treatment,drinking water safety,hydraulic engineering construction,and other practical needs.

Abstract:Water is a public sector with strategic significance,and the basis to support national economy.There are multiple demands for water development,which experience structural change with economic and social development.In the context of China's changes during the century of modernization,the process of China's water development is divided into five stages and seven periods,based on the analysis of the evolutions of economic and social development and water development demands.In the early 20 years after reform and opening,the reform and development of water sector greatly lags behind the needs of economic and social development,further deteriorating the gap between demand and supply of water development.The 1998 Floods prompted the major change of the idea of water development.From then on,it has been the most successful period to promote water development in modern China.But the foundation of water sector is still weak,which has become a major bottleneck of China's sustainable development.The No.1 Document in 2011 marks China's water development into a new stage.In the next decade,China water development will confront complex situation to carry out large-scale comprehensive governance in a relative low level of economic development.China water should seize strategic opportunities to accelerate development,scientific development,and accelerate reform,deepen the reform.
