Abstract:OAlong with the continuous development of basic education curriculum reform,there have emerged many changes on the main executors in the reform——the teachers,such as the ideas of curriculum,the curriculum organization,the way of implementing the curriculum,the idea of evaluation.But problems still exist,such the pressure of students entering schools of a higher grade,little effect of teachers training,lack of curriculum resources etc.We should take necessary measures to carry it through to the end.
