Abstract:With the development of social politics,economy and culture and the development of journalism,innovating the managing conception and methods of journalism becomes necessary.The managing conception involves: timely developing managing conception and methods,taking ″human first″ as the core conception of journalism,incorporating the managing ability of journalism into the category of strengthening the reigning ability of the Party,regarding the public's satisfaction as the only measuring standard in journalism managing.The managing methods involve: managing journalism by complying with laws and regulations,making the public supervise the media,encouraging the objectives that are managed to better perform their roles,paying much attention to studying and further studying.
