Abstract:In recent years, China and its military education departments have accelerated the adjustment of graduate education structure and the development of clinical professional education .Since the clinical professional education was launched in 1998 , Second Military Medical University has been training a large number of high -quality clinical doctors .However , there are still many underlying issues .By introducing the clinical teaching prac-tice conducted by the Department of Neurosurgery of Changhai Hospital , this paper aims to explore how to overcome the difficulties and problems in clinical professional postgraduate education and to promote the “medical education synergy” of clinical professional postgraduate education mode .

Abstract:General practice is a clinical practice which integrates a variety of disciplines and aims at providing basic health care services for individuals, families and communities. General prac-tice in China is now experiencing increasing development. In 2011, the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council approved of the addition of general practice under the category of clinical medicine, initiating the education of postgraduates with professional degree majoring in general prac-tice. Through analyzing supervisor instruction, curriculum, skill training and assessment of postgrad-uates majoring in general practice, this paper thoroughly explored its training mode.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To describe the current status and developing trend of clinical pharmacy education in China.METHODS: Descriptive analysis of data and information about the clinical pharmacy specialty, pharmacy colleges, and curriculum from literature, college websites, and statistics from the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Ministry of Education (MOE) websites was conducted.RESULTS: Clinical pharmacy programs were established in China in 1989 but developed more fully after 2006. In 2012, there were 30 pharmacy colleges with clinical pharmacy undergraduate programs, which included a bachelor's degree in clinical pharmacy and a clinical pharmacy concentration within the BS programs of pharmacy or medicine. More than 40 colleges within the university system offer 4 types of master's degree programs in clinical pharmacy. Five universities offer a PhD program in clinical pharmacy. Three postgraduate programs exist, which train hospital pharmacists and clinical pharmacists: the 3+2 year Hospital Pharmacist Standardized Training Program at Peking hospitals; the 1-year Clinical Pharmacist Training Program sponsored by the MOH; and the 2-year Clinical Pharmacist Residency Program provided by West China Hospital at Sichuan University.CONCLUSION: A growing clinical pharmacy education system has been established and has become an important subfield in Chinese pharmacy education. Measures should be taken to further promote the development of clinical pharmacy education in China.

Abstract:Objective:To explore the current situation of the research skill training for postgraduates with specialized degree in pediatrics and to put forward some suggestions.Methods:There were 56 graduates were enrolled in the present study. Quantitative questionnaire method was used during the data collection in order to evaluate the current research abilities of these students and to provide feedbacks for the adoption of improvement measures of research skill.Results:There are only 25.0%(14/56) of graduates published articles as the first author, 64.3% (36 / 56) of the postgraduates read less than 4 articles per month, 92.9% (52 / 56) of the postgraduates thought that scientific research training courses should be carried out, and 82.1% (48 / 56) of the postgraduates thought that clinical work had an impact on the cultivation of scientific research ability.Conclusions:The research ability of the postgraduate students in pediatrics major needs to be further improved. It is suggested to strengthen the cultivation of scientific research thinking, optimize the setting of scientific research courses, strengthen the construction of the tutor team, promote the combination of scientific research and clinical practice, train pediatricians with comprehensive development of scientific research and clinical practice.

Abstract:In order to carry out the comprehensive reform of the professional master's degree training mode of clinical pharmacy,we carried out interviews among 91 persons on the professional master's degree of clinical pharmacy in Peking University School of Pharmaceutical Sciences and collected extensive feedback.We preliminaries explore the mode of Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) Education,laying the foundation for Doctor's education of professional clinical pharmacy in China.We conducted investigations and interviews among 91 clinical pharmacists and students of Peking University School of Pharmaceutical Sciences on the training of professional master's degree and Pharm.D.education mode,which includes 67 postgraduates and 24 clinical pharmacists.Respondents put forward the problems of training mode and corresponding suggestions and opinions from different aspects during the investigation and interview.The results mainly divide into four aspects:curriculum setting,clinical practice,assessment system and teaching resources.Respondents put forward effective feedback on the above four aspects,which are beneficial to the comprehensive reform of the training mode of professional master degree in clinical pharmacy and preliminary exploration of Pharm.D.Education in China.

Abstract:Objective: To analyze the problems and give some advice to the clinical pharmacists' cultivation. Methods: The status of clinical pharmacy education in China was analyzed and discussed by using survey research and literature study. Results and Conclusions: We should construct clinical pharmacy education system, establish the concept of clinical pharmacy discipline, strengthen the teaching in practice, optimize teaching content, focus on the graduate education and post-graduate education, and actively seek the support of social policies and regulations.

Abstract:The combination of the training of postgraduate students in clinical medicine and the standardized training of resident doctors can avoid the waste of educational resources and the repeated training of post-graduation education, so that educational resources can be fully utilized and have certain advantages. However, there are still some problems in the process of training the graduate students of clinical medical master's degree and the standardized training of resident doctors, such as insufficient training of scientific research ability and lack of effective methods and standards for rotation examination. It is recommended to adopt some strategies to improve the quality of postgraduate training in clinical medicine, such as clarifying the training objectives and strengthening the scientific research training for professional degree graduates setting up professional degree graduate courses and selecting appropriate teaching methods; establishing a reasonable professional graduate degree assessment method and Standard; perfecting quality guarantee system for professional degree graduate training process.

Abstract:In recent years, the scale of personnel training for clinical pharmacy professionals in China has expanded increasingly, however, the shortage of clinical pharmacists is still prominent. In 2018, the Ministry of Education of China released national standards for the teaching quality of undergraduate majors at regular colleges and universities , which has developed a core policy for undergraduate clinical pharmacy training. To explore the training methods for clinical pharmacy professionals in China and to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the clinical pharmacy education system. This study comparatively analyzed the training programs for clinical pharmacy undergraduates in China's ten universities, discussed training programs suitable for clinical pharmacy professionals in China.

Abstract:Based on the survey of learning experience of 2781 Chinese postgraduates' in 27 universities,five suggestions are put forward to reform the Chinese postgraduate education system and improve quality of postgraduate education.Firstly,scientific development view should be established and implemented,and both macro-management and quality supervision in the process of postgraduate education should be strengthened so as to spur the postgraduate education to transform quantitative expansion to qualitative improvement.Secondly,key construction plan of higher education,focusing on hardware as well as software construction,should be human-oriented.Thirdly,doctoral supervisors to instruct postgraduates should be encouraged.Fourthly,postgraduates should be encouraged to write dissertation in the light of their supervisors' research subjects.Fifthly,to eliminate the regional differences in postgraduate education should be paid attention and the development of postgraduate education in the west region of China should be promoted.

Abstract:Objective:To introduce the present situation of clinical pharmacy in China and explore its developing strategy and method.Methods:The developing history and service mode of clinical pharmacy,occupational value,qualified personnel training and education mode of pharmacists are reviewed and summarized.Results:Clinical pharmacy in China has made significant improvement.The value of pharmacists has been recognized by more and more people,but education mode of pharmacists needs improvement and professional skills of pharmacists need to be strengthened.Conclusion:Development of Chinese clinical pharmacy is in prospect.We should timely summarize the past work,use the foreign models for reference,and explore suitable mode for the development of clinical pharmacy in China.

Abstract:The initiation of Master of Pharmacy program has provided an opportunity for the development of the current clinical pharmacy graduate education in China,while the systematization and standardization of the current curriculum system is of the first importance.This article focused on the curriculum of the clinical pharmacy graduate education of our school.First,a system of the professional knowledge which is essential for graduate education was established,which clarified the target of the curriculum design.Under the guidance of this system,the current curriculum design was analyzed and evaluated through a contrast with 3 American pharmacy program and a questionnaire to the graduates of our school in multi-years.At last the advantage and weakness of the curriculum were pointed out,and several valuable advices on developing the master of pharmacy program were provided.

Abstract:This paper was to investigate the degree of educational satisfaction of the medical college postgraduate students.The methodology adopted was to mske relative questionnaire from cluster sampling of all 2008 graduates of the medical school.As a result,the postgraduate students highly praised the present situation andwere quite satisfied with the education program.However,in lectures,in social practice,in pastoral guiding,in administrative service or lodging condition and so on,a further improvement Was desired.Therefore,it suggested to further integrate the resources of reformed lectures,enlarged social practice,pastoral guiding,administrative and catering service,plus logistics support,into a coherent education package for the students'well-being. The Current Situation and Thinking of the Research Skills Development for Postgraduates Specialised in Clinical Medicine

Abstract:Objective To explore the current situation of the research skill training for postgraduates with specialized degree in clinical medicine and to attempt to propose the targeted recommendations and solutions,ensuring the quality of the training work.Methods There were fourty three students from the Class of 2017 at Peking University First Hospital were enrolled in the present study.Quantitative questionnaire and individual interview methods were used during the data collection in order to evaluate the current research abilities of these students and to provide feedbacks for the adoption of improvement measures of research skill.Results There were seventy-two percent (18/25) of students with master degree and 83.3％ (15/18) with doctoral degree complained the heavy working load as residency the pressure from study and the lack of time and energy.As much as 80.0％ (20/25) of graduates with master degree complained the deficiency in the development of training for research skills and the incapacity of scientific thinking'.Meanwhile,approximately 44.0％ (11/25) of master degree students and 55.6％(10/18) of doctoral degree students faced challenge to initiate research program the methods for Having research thinking,but can't find the entry of research,44.0％ (11/25) of master degree students and 50.0％ (9/18) of doctoral degree students had statistical analysis problem and 44.0％ (11/25) of master degree students and 38.9％ (7/18) of doctoral degree students had the English writing skills problem.Most of the postgraduates hoped to get research training.Conclusions The scientific research ability of students with specialized degree in clinical medicine needs to be improved through the rational scientific research curriculums and highly effective management methods.
