Principles of Internal Medicine Patients' Entering or Exiting from Rehabilitation Nursing Bed with Delphi Method

Abstract:Objective:The study aimed to develop the principles of internal medicine patients' entering or exiting from the rehabilitation nursing bed.Methods:Finally 120 internal medicine clinical specialists were selected from the third-class and the second-class hospitals in Shanghai,and were interviewed by Delphi method twice.The data of the interview were analyzed by statistical methods.Results:From the statistical results,the coefficient of the specialists' positivity was high(100%),as well as the familiarity of the specialists.The coefficients of the Cronbach's Alpha of the counseling inventory were all above 0.70.The specialists gave a favorable evaluation to the overall study and the rates of the agreement for principle of patients into or out were high.Conclusion:The responses of the specialists were positive,and the principles of internal medicine patients' entering or exiting from the rehabilitation nursing bed were develpoed.
