Abstract:This paper from the understanding of the application type talents and analysis of the main problems in the cultivation of applied talents in universities. Respectively from the personnel training mode, curriculum system structure, teachers’ quality, practice training, practical teaching evaluation of these five aspects of the problem analysis of reason, put forward the construction of theoretical teaching system, practice teaching system construction, three aspects of the construction of comprehensive quality system. Constructing the teaching system of application oriented talents cultivation in ordinary undergraduate, the connotation of practical application oriented talents, ability structure and training methods and so on, the basic strategies of promoting the effective cultivation of applied undergraduate talents are put forward.
