Abstract:Boyer's concept of "Scholarship of teaching" not only broadens people's understanding of "academics" but also breaks the barrier between "teaching" and "researching" in universities so that higher education can return to its essence-teaching, and teachers teaching academic ability has also received unprecedented attention. Teaching academic capabilities include the generation and dissemination of teaching content knowledge, teaching evaluation and reflection ability, teaching research and innovation ability. Based on the academic ability of teaching perspective, the current teaching and training in colleges and universities there are the issue of not paying enough attention to colleges and universities, the depth and breadth of training content and the single form of training.
