Abstract:In this paper a digital technique of speckle image correlation is introduced in monitoring vibration displacement of an offshore platform model.And spectrum analysis of measuring results is carried out.The results are compared to those measured by traditional displacement sensor at the same time.Experimental results and analysis are shown that the method can be used to determine vibration displacement with reasonable accuracy.Besides,this method is requested ordinarily for testing equipments and experimental environment,and is especially suitable for field measurement.
