The Resource and Prospect of Utilization and Exploitation about Microula sikkimensis H.in Qinghai Province

Abstract:Microula sikkimensis H.is a kind of rare wild oil plant in Qing-Tibet Plateau.The seeds of Microula sikkimensis H.contain abundant oil,above 85 percent of unsaturated fatty acids and majority of γ-linen acid and linolenic acid.It is a type of excellent quality and healthy oileating plant.Meanwhile,it is the important medicine curing and studying cardiovascular diseases and hepatic lipid.Hence,it has important value of utilization and exploitation.But the resource of wild plant decreases markedly because of excessively exploration.That is detrimental to ecological environmental protection of Qing-Tibet Plateau and sustainable utilization and exploitation of medical plant.This article,applying the method of mini area,studied biological characteristics,populated ecological environment and characteristics and resource accumulation of Microula sikkimensis H.in Qinghai province,and calculated resource accumulation of it.It provided scientific basis for utilization and exploitation of Microula sikkimensis H.in Qinghai province.
