Abstract:With the development of Electronic money not only changed people′s habits and payment way,but has brought the unprecedented challenge for the traditional financial theory,specially increased the difficulty that central bank set down and implementation monetary policy.This paper selected the sample data of electronic money of China,builded an econometric model,tested the relationship between electronic money and money supply.This paper pointed out the electronic money had the obvious substitution effect to the traditional currency,blurred boundary between each kind of money level,and changed the money supplies structure as well,thus influenced to the money supply.
