Abstract:In the process of enterprises clusters,the medium-and small-sized enterprises can reduce their productive and trade costs,form stable and firm specialized relationship of production and cooperation,and share the information and other technical achievement.Meanwhile,there is the equalibrium point between the subordinate enterprises and the dominant enterprises which needs to be balanced.Otherwise,the rise of the productive and trade costs will lead to the change of the production of a few subordinate enterprises.Moreover,some subordinate enterprises even have to withdraw from the enterprises clusters.Therefore,the government should enlarge their support to the dominant enterprises to push forward the development of the subordinate enterprises in the process of programming,developing the enterprises clusters.
