Abstract:Knowledge Economy is based on the production and distribution of knowledge and information,human assets and intangible assets are key element s in knowledge economy era. They have some similarities, so scholars do not agree on the relation between them. With the development of science and technology, the function of human assets has been changed evidently. So,it is necessary and urgent to analyze the relation between intangible assets and human assets,conduct independent calculation and really reflect the nature of them.

Abstract:Attributes analyzing of public information resources products from economics view can clarify the internal relationship and differences between public information resources and private information resources. Based on that, the paper gives its further analysis on all kinds of producing and supplying modes by the degrees of public characteristic. Then, it indicates that the complexity and management variability of public information resources determine the diversities of production and supplying, and that arranged only by government is not intelligent. Lastly, it deduces public information resources’ structure and management framework, specifies the ways and influencing space of multiple management system among government, non-profit organizations and enterprises.

Abstract:Mr.Li Dechang combines mass natural science terms with information,thus new concepts come into occurrence to interpret information society.However,these concepts neither have definite logical explanation,nor has clear designated contents,furthermore,these concepts have chaos relationships between themselves.Mr.Li implements those physical terms and mathematical terms to form new concepts,however,the original theoretical model and relationship of those terms are rigidly attached to the social phenomenon.The theoretical conclusions are not integrated in form and have no innovation in contents.The research on information philosophy began in early times in China and its theoretical achievements have vital enlightenments and significance in understanding information society,pitifully,Mr.Li ignores the academic resources in his theoretical choice.

Abstract:Resources are the material base for the emergence and development of mankind and the basic motive force of the evolvement and development of a human society.Therefore,theirs understanding,utilization and protection are the prerequisites that a human society realizes the sustainable development.In the paper,according to the basic history process of the human and human society developments,the model of the resource evolvement system is constructed,the basic elements,structure and inherent evolutive mechanism of the system is analyzed,the definition and classification of resource is given from the perspective of the system science and an analysis of the resource characteristics is made.By establishing the model of the scientific development view,the historical orbit of the evolvement and formation of the scientific development view is revealed.Finally,the path of the continuable development of human society is designed from three aspects: strategic idea、 developmental stratagem and substantial evidence in terms of the inherent evolutive mechanism of the resource system.

Abstract:It's ease of use and the availability of browsers for various platforms have paved the way for the enormous popularity that the World Wide Web currently enjoys. In the near future, by providing not only easy access to information, but also means for conducting business transactions, the Web could form the base technology for the information superhighway. In such a large distributed information system, resource discovery becomes a critical problem. Recent developments in resource discovery systems, such as Harvest and Whois++, provide scalable mechanisms for the identification, location and characterization of networked information resources based upon resource meta-information. However, the Web's vast information space can only be handled effectively, when resources are meaningfully classified into coherent conceptual structures. The automatic classification of resource meta-information is at the heart of the WAVE system, which employs methods from the mathematical theory of concept analysis to analyze and interactively explore the vast information space defined by wide area resource discovery services. In this paper we discuss these methods by interpreting various synoptic and summary interchange formats for resource meta-information, such as the Harvest SOIF and the Whois++ urc, in terms of basic ideas from concept analysis. In so doing, we advocate concept analysis as a principled approach to effective resource discovery.

Abstract:My ontological doctrine on information already specified that the existing structure of all the objects is a physically encoded form which contains information: the information field-assimilation and alienation of information-informosome,which is the logic of self movement of information.When the sense-perception occurs,there is an intermediary contact of energy field between subject and object,which is a basic fact.Our bodies' feeling is a phenomenon of sense of the macrography,and manner of the nervous system of us involves feeling,but only the process of micro-activities is achieved by nerve electrical pulse.Thus,they should have a conversion process from macrography to the microcosmic between our perception of macro things and the micro-electrical pulse of nervous system activity,and this conversion process can only be realized by the macro-things that accrue the micro-energy field as intermediary.The subject is man,not as a purely subjectivity existence.Subject and object by interaction of intermediary would inevitably lead to mutual change.Human knowledge must rely on external information on the subject role of the senses,whether external information is an active role in the human senses,or through human intervention and development before acting on the human senses.Material and information each has its own quality and quantity,contemporary information science and the philosophy of information raise quality of information,making the division and the calculation of the amount of information.It does not mean abolishing material quality and quantity,on the overhead and canceled substances.The building of Cognitive phylogeny and individual cognition structure must be condensed of information as the intermediary,which is the scientific fact of the contemporary life sciences and cognitive science that is revealed.We use process of information to explain that practice does not mean that the use of information replaces practice,as with the material processes to explain the practice;it does not mean to replace practice by using the same material.

Abstract:This article provides a comprehensive conceptual analysis of information. It begins with a folk notion that information is a tripartite phenomenon: information is something carried by signals about something for some use. This suggests that information has three main aspects: structural, referential, and normative. I analyze the individually necessary and jointly sufficient conditions for defining these aspects of information and consider formal theories relating to each aspect as well. The analysis reveals that structural, referential, and normative aspects of information are hierarchically nested and that the normative depends on the referential, which in turn depends on the structural.
