On the Constitution of the Culture of Party

Abstract:What factors does the culture of party include? This seemingly simple and fundamental question does not gain a consensus.Macro and micro constitutional concepts are representative in the academic circle.The average concept holds that the culture of party is basically made up of power awareness,party's psychological orientation;party's behavioral pattern and party image.In order to properly apply the analysis of constitutional factors,we need to deal well with the relationship between political culture and party culture,static behavior and dynamic operation of party culture,development and construction of party culture.
