The protection of UTI and GHS for the lung in the pulmonary ischemical reperfusion under the models of rabbit lung transplantation

Abstract:Objective To investigate the protection of UTI and GHS for the lung in the pulmonary ischemical reperfusion under the models of rabbit lung transplantation.Methods To establish the models of rabbit lung transplantation,40 rabbits were randomly divided into A and B groups,20 cases in each.A group was the control group,and B was experimental group.A group was perfused with LPD liquid and B group was perfused with LPD liquid,which was added with UTI 20 000 U/kg,GHS 5 mmol/L.During the different period of the experiments,PaO_2 and PaCO_2 were tested from the pulmonary artery blood.Before the end of experiment,take lung organization specimen for the test of W/D,MDA,MPO.Results Comparing the control group,PaO_2 in the experimental group was notably higher(P<0.05),while the W/D was much lower,so was the MDA,MPO.Conclusion In the models of rabbit lung transplantation,UTI and GHS can effectively reduce the ischemical reperfusion injury of pulmonary grafts,and improve the pulmonary function after the transplantation.
