Research on the Optimization of the University Governance Structure Based on the Theory of Stakeholder

Abstract:With the deepening of educational system reform,to establish a modern university system is urgently demanded by the trend of the modernization of higher education and the construction goal of high level university,hence,university governance becomes the core of establishing modern university system.It is reasonable to research the university governance on the basis of the theory of stakeholder whether from the social responsibility or from the organizing feature of the university.In this paper,some problems of the university governance structure will be analyzed,and some optimizing measures will be highlighted from the angle of board of directors,president and professors,and a structure chart of optimizing the university governance will be constructed.
