Enterprise Quality Credit Evaluation Indexes Research——Based on Empirical Analysis of 456 Manufacturers in Zhejiang Province

Abstract:Recently,quality credit problems appear frequently in China,thus it is of great importance to build up the quality credit evaluation system. However,the evaluation index which is the fundamental part of the whole system,is paid insufficient attention to. This work,based on quality management theory and credit evaluation theory,sets up a quality credit evaluation index pool which is formed in the first step,and then applies membership grade analysis,discriminate analysis,correlation analysis and factor analysis to refine indexes. Through these work,eleven indexes are chosen by above steps and are loaded on to two factors,which are named Quality Credit Character and Quality Credit Ability.
