Abstract:Through the empirical research on the relationship between China's economic transition and economic growth, the author finds that economic growth is the direct inner driving force to promote the deepening of economic institution transition. Although economic transition has long-term impact on economic growth, the impact is not decisive. In the relationship between institution and growth, although institution is an important long-term factor influencing growth, the influence is not decisive. On the contrary, growth has decisive influence on institution. We can draw a conclusion that institutional innovation may succeed more easily in a growth environment, which can be proved by the experiences of China's reform successes.
