Abstract:By deep analysis of J2EE platform and WebGIS systematic structure, this section settles the key technology of the coordinated operation of J2EE and WebGIS, expatiates the cooperation principle, proposes a WebGIS developing architecture based on J2EE platform, and then gives the working mechanism of WebGIS directed by this architecture. The architecture avoids the illogicalities and problems which lying in the architecture of nowadays correlative research and application about WebGIS, offers a optimized architecture for WebGIS development, and has definite value in theory and application.

Abstract:The deficiency of the current WebGIS is analyzed,and a new ES-SDGIS is provided using J2EE technology based on the instances of out-of-code buildings in Shanghai.Problems such as inefficient compatibility,complicated development and distribution,and tight coupling are solved within the system;also the fuzzy inference function is added.This article discusses the component design,knowledge class and expression, synthesis fuzzy evaluation model,and the Matlab program calling under the Web.

Abstract:With the continuous development of Internet technology,WebGIS has become the inevitable trend of development of the GIS.This paper introduced the basic principles of WebGIS and the design specifications of open source WebGIS-OpenGIS,and then used the design concepts of open source software and J2EE three-tier architecture model to design a separate WebGIS.The system used the OpenLayers to develop the map client,and used GeoServer to set up the map server.And the system realized the online display,management,query,analysis and other functions of electronic map informations.

Abstract:The structure and the operational processes of ArcIMS are briefly introduced as an issued map tool, and the functional features of the ESRI' s spatial data engine ArcSDE are analyzed. Based on the introduction of ArcIMS, ArcSDE' s characteristics, the management framework of the geographical data is studied in this article. And then by using ArcIMS establish map services, by ArcSDE we establish spatial data services combining with SQL server relation database, by using J2EE structure we analyze in detail the development and application of WebGIS, and by comparing with other methods, we point out the advanced and shortcomings of this methods.

Abstract:The development of current GIS technology has evolved from single platform GIS system into WebGIS. However, The Geographic Information Services (GIServices) provision and application manner cannot meet the requirement of pervasive computing environment. Jini/JAVA technique, a dynamic distributed architecture for providing spontaneous network of services, might be a tool/solution to improve the GIService performance of current WebGIS. This paper studies and analyses Jini infrastructure and its dynamic service mechanism, designs a new WebGIS architecture with Jini-based dynamic service model. The experiment shows that Jini technique can be integrated into WebGIS and to realize the dynamic services organization and management.

Abstract:Based on an analysis of the current research and application development of traffic geographic information system,a distributed highway WebGIS architecture is studied on the basis of the J2EE technology and the key issues for distributed highway WebGIS development are presented.Such issues as highway spatial data organization mechanism in WebGIS,WebGIS middleware design,database connection pool,and dynamic segmentation of WebGIS are investigated.A new dynamic segmentation model is presented.The design and application of WebGIS system are discussed on the basis of a case study of Huihe highway WebGIS development.The feasibility of the theories and methods are tested through the system.

Abstract:It's a trend and research hotspot of WebGIS to have a closer combination of web technology and GIS technology.After analyzing and comparing the WebGIS system structure development and its main realization technologies,a realization technology based on Struts framework and ActiveX control is proposed,which is in order to combine their advantages and construct a more efficient,flexible WebGIS system structure model.The system structure,work mechanism and characteristics of such WebGIS are analyzed,finally,an application example based on this realization technology is introduced,which confirms the feasibility.

Abstract:On the basis of shortage existing in traditional WebGIS, this paper puts forward a novel WebGIS framework based on Ajax, Web Services and SOA. The framework combines Ajax with Web Services. Through invocating Web services asynchronously by Ajax, the problems of poor user experience, system isomeric compatibility, system integration and mutual operation etc. are solved. Abstract:Web-Based System for Spatial Data Co-Edit is a CoGIS system, and also a WebGIS application system. This paper studies the technical schema for GML-Based WebGIS application system used J2EE systematic framework. A Geography Markup Language (GML) and J2EE based WebGIS model is provided A task-group management mechanism for CoGIS is designed Meanwhile, a control system for spatial data co-edit is provided. This system is an asynchronous concurrent mechanism system uses edition management method to co-edit. This system has been implemented which solves the share of heterogeneous spatial data and co-edit efficaciously.

Abstract:A portal is a powerful Web site that gives users a single point of access to applications and information in a unified interface. A portal lets users view each application or web page in its own window, called a portlet, and a single browser window can contain multiple portlets. The portlet based on JSP168&WSRP is a new technology for interactive, user-facing web services that plug and play with portals. Thanks to the development of Portal&Web GIS, the GIS Poratl is focused on more and more by the researcheres. This paper studies the GIS Portal defined by ESRI and analyzes the development's status, compares with the commercial Portal and points out the great shortage of the ESRI GIS Portal: lack in Personal content and UI. Therefor this paper goes into depth on the discussion of design and implementation scheme of real GIS Portal, and proposes the new idea of developing customized, plug and play GIS Portal Module based on JSP168 Portlet technology and WSRP standard. This way can resolve the difficult problem of the GIS Portal on lacking of content and customization function. According to this idea, this paper plans to use the JaveBeans provided by GeoSurf to develop visual portlet which have basic operating fuction of GIS. Finally deploys the GIS Portal uing the WebLogic Portal.
